Join Washtenaw Audubon’s popular speaker and field trip leader Don “The Man” Chalfant for another masterly presentation. Among the plethora of birds he has photographed, Don has put together his photos some of the birds, along with a selection of photos of the creative vanity license plates that are named for these birds that he has found on cars parked at various wildlife refuges and hotspots around the country. A past WAS president, Don held many former Washtenaw County Big Day records, and has amassed an enviable ABA area life list. Don is a retired Ann Arbor teacher, and very sensibly spends the winter months at his second home in Florida.
