We will be searching for winter waterfowl on the pond. This is one of the top birding locations for November in Washtenaw County. We may also search the surrounding nature area for overwintering birds.
Dress warm as it can be windy near the pond. Bring a scope if you have one. Most people don’t so don’t worry, we share.
Directions: Meet at the Barton Nature Area (map) parking lot off of Huron River Drive, 250 feet north of Bird Rd, near Barton Dam.
