Join Keith Dickey for a program on some of the fabulous birds of the American Southwest. Keith has birded various parts of the region including Phoenix, Tucson, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Bosque del Apache, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, and will have photos of such interesting birds as the Western Tanager, Phainopepla, Gambel’s Quail, Harris’s Hawk, Crested Caracara, Inca Dove, Greater Roadrunner, Verdin, Costa’s Hummingbird, Acorn Woodpecker, Golden-fronted Woodpecker, Vermilion Flycatcher, Green Jay, Mountain Chickadee, Cactus Wren, Black-headed Grosbeak, Golden-cheeked Warbler, Pyrrhuloxia, White-faced Ibis and Black-bellied Whistling Duck. Keith Dickey is an avid birder and photographer, and is Washtenaw Audubon’s treasurer.
